Developing Pastors–David Horita
DEVELOPING PASTORS — DAVID HORITA
In the majority of Fellowship Pacific churches, the single largest budget allocation goes towards Staff salaries. This is as it should be since the pastors in your church are critical to achieving the mission that God has given. Obviously, there are a lot of other components involved in your missional success – not least of which is every other gifted person in the church. Yet the fact remains that pastors play an inordinately significant role.

A JESUS MOVEMENT — TODD CHAPMAN
Church Multiplication - engaging society with hope that transforms community through a healthy church, that starts a healthy church, that starts another healthy church, that starts yet another healthy church...and so on and so on.
Called to Influence – Krista Penner
CALLED TO INFLUENCE — KRISTA PENNER
When I visit churches and talk with leaders I consistently hear the same message.
“How can we establish a mentoring initiative that will actually work?”
There have been many attempts made to implement mentorship programs in the past few decades of church ministry. Many have failed and those who have experienced success have written books trying to help the rest of us figure this thing out! Maybe you have read some of those books and you are still trying to figure out how to transform theory into practice.
Discipleship – Lara McAllister
DISCIPLESHIP — LARA MCALLISTER
Disciple making. As followers of Christ we are instructed by Jesus in Matthew 28 to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
Vision – David Horita
VISION — DAVID HORITA
Welcome to 2018 and our new website and new blog. It is one small step as we seek to implement our new vision. In April the churches of Fellowship Pacific overwhelmingly agreed to pursue a vision that will demand all of our passion and focus. Read the new vision statement, and note the use of the word “every.”
Immerse Graduation & Cornerstone
IMMERSE GRADUATION & CORNERSTONE
If I needed to find one word to describe the past six weeks it would need to be something like the word “grateful.” Yes I know, that sounds like a bit of a cliché since we just celebrated Thanksgiving but truly, “grateful” is the only thing that I can come up with at the moment. I want you to know that in this context, it reaches beyond our cultural calendar.

LEGACY DINNER
“We just need a good memory. If we can imagine it, God can do more!” – words spoken by David Horita at the Legacy Dinner on October 14th.
