2025 Immerse Graduation

Celebrating a New Chapter of Ministry: Immerse Graduation 2025

October 18, 2025, marked another inspiring milestone as seven more graduates launched into ministry through the Immerse program. Hosted at South Delta Baptist Church, the celebration began over a joyful brunch with Northwest College & Seminary, a fitting way to honour the strong partnership that continues to shape and equip the next generation of church leaders.

This year’s Immerse graduates of Master of Arts in Biblical Leadership are:

  • Jonathan Grochowski, SouthRidge Fellowship

  • Andrew Headley, Campbell River Baptist Church

  • Kaitlyn Parker, South Delta Baptist Church

  • Emmett Hogendoorn, Dallas Barnhartvale Baptist

  • Andrew Porter, Emmanuel Baptist Church

  • Adam van Rees, SouthRidge Fellowship

  • Elijah Istchenko, Kimberley Fellowship Baptist Church

Each graduate represents a journey of growth - spiritually, theologically, and practically - developed through Immerse’s unique model of integrating theological education, leadership training, and hands-on ministry within the local church.

The ceremony was a time of worship, reflection, and gratitude as friends, mentors, and families celebrated both the graduates’ dedication and God’s faithfulness in preparing leaders for His church. Through the ongoing partnership between Fellowship Pacific and Northwest College & Seminary, Immerse continues to produce leaders who are anchored in God’s Word, shaped by community, and equipped to lead and influence culture.

As part of our Fellowship family, we rejoice with these graduates as they step into the next season of ministry!
