Zach serves as Team Lead for Leadership Development at Fellowship Pacific, where he oversees leadership development across the network from emerging youth leaders to senior pastors. He works closely with churches to identify, mentor, and equip leaders through coaching, training, and practical ministry formation.

A key part of his work is helping lead Immerse, Fellowship Pacific’s in church leadership development program offered in partnership with Northwest Seminary. Through Immerse, students can pursue a Master of Arts in Biblical Leadership or a Master of Divinity while being formed within the life and ministry of their local church. Zach also enjoys preaching, teaching, and helping churches cultivate healthy leadership cultures that raise up the next generation of leaders.

Zach received his Master of Divinity from Northwest Seminary through the Immerse program in 2020. He lives in Cloverdale, BC with his wife Lauren and their two children, and they attend Village Church in Surrey. During football season you can usually find Zach watching NFL games with friends after church.
