If you aren’t able to understand why you react the way you do and manage your own emotions, how will you be able to understand and address the reactions and emotions of the people you’ve been asked to lead?

This is the question being asked in this week’s episode of the Propel podcast as Krista Penner from our Leadership Development team talks with Kyle Corbin from Immanuel Church and Zach Yaciw from Village Church.

Both Kyle and Zach have attended EQ Bootcamps with Fellowship Pacific and they discuss what they’ve learned about the importance of EQ and how it impacts their ability to lead well.
