RENEW Conference 2026 Was a Day of Refreshment for Next Gen Leaders

To everyone who gathered with friends, came alongside a ministry coworker, or showed up as an emerging leader, thank you for making RENEW 2026 such a meaningful day!

On April 11, leaders from across Fellowship Pacific gathered for the RENEW Conference, a one-day spiritual retreat designed to refresh, encourage, and invest in those leading the next generation. Youth, kids, and young adult ministry leaders, pastors, volunteers, and emerging leaders all gathered with the same purpose: to slow down, worship, pray, reflect, and reconnect with Jesus.

The pace of ministry can be full, and RENEW was intentionally different. Throughout the day, there was space to breathe, worship together, share meals, sit in conversation, and step back long enough to remember what matters most.

Our speakers and worship team helped shape the day into what it was, creating space to breathe, be encouraged, and encounter Jesus together.

One attendee shared:

“The worship songs were phenomenal and the key speakers were very good and informative.”

Another reflected:

“As a kids ministry director, I rarely have the opportunity to be in the service and be spiritually refilled through Sunday worship. This was a day where I could simply worship, be served instead of serving, and focus fully on my personal relationship with God.”

A clear theme throughout the day was the invitation to do ministry with God, not just for Him.

“The emphasis of doing things for God, WITH God. So often we forget and just do things for Him without Him.”

Leaders also named how meaningful it was to step away from responsibility and simply receive.

“I enjoyed the time of prayer and our main speaker was really practical, honest and engaging.”

“Worship and time to sit and be still with Jesus were helpful. I don't often get the chance in my role to do that, so that was a breath of fresh air.”

At Fellowship Pacific, we believe in Valued Leadership. Healthy churches are built by healthy leaders, and this conference exists to create space for leaders to be with Jesus and be renewed. It was a meaningful day to be together and to experience again God’s heart for His Church and His leaders.
