Registering Delegates for Business Session:

(If you have already submitted a certificate of agreement in the old format, please disregard)

  1. To determine the number of eligible delegates for your church, please refer to the following per Fellowship Pacific Bylaw 11.11:

    • 2 Delegates – 1-99 church members

    • 3 Delegates – 100-149 church members

    • 4 Delegates – 150-199 church members

    • 1 additional delegate for each additional 50 church members to a maximum of 20 delegates

2. Want to take advantage of the early-bird rate, but don’t yet know the names of your Delegates? Please register them as Unknown. 

3. Once you have selected your Delegates, please complete the Delegate Information Form on this page prior to Impact 2026. If we do not receive this form, your Delegates may not be able to vote. 

4. Delegate Credentials:

    • Per Bylaw 11, delegates must be members in good standing of the Constituent Churches they represent. Delegates shall also indicate their agreement with the Statement of Faith and Constitution and Bylaws of the Society.

  • Upon receiving the Delegate Information Form from your church, Fellowship Pacific will e-mail Delegates a Certificate of Agreement form to be completed and submitted prior to Impact 2026. Delegates must complete this form in order to vote at Impact 2026.
