    David has served as Regional Director of Fellowship for the past 19 years, leading through seasons of change and refocusing. He is now in his final weeks of an intentional ministry transition, exploring what the next challenge God has for him will be.

    Tim is the Executive Director of SBC. His role enjoys the unique privilege of serving Interior Regional Association Churches.

    Katrina serves as the SBC Departmental Assistant. She supports the team by designing flow and furnishings throughout the facility.

  • President, Northwest College & Seminary

    Barton brings his love of leadership, team building, and vision-casting to the Northwest team. Before taking his current role, he served as a lead pastor for 20 years — 13 years at Dunbar Heights Baptist Church and 7 years at Central Baptist Church. His years of church ministry have instilled in him a deep passion to see the people of God fully equipped for service, and his vision for Northwest is based in Matthew 9:38, that the Lord of the Harvest will raise up labourers through Northwest.

    Manuela is a proud Colombian passionate about serving communities impacted by Colombia’s post-conflict reality. She is committed to helping children and families break cycles of violence and poverty through SOLAHIS’s holistic, faith-centered approach—addressing physical, educational, emotional, and spiritual needs.

  • Connect Team Lead, Fellowship Pacific

    Elizabeth has served with Fellowship Pacific since 2018 and leads the Connect team. She attends SouthRidge Fellowship with her husband Jason, and enjoys coaching churches, mentoring leaders, and helping ministries thrive.

  • Senior Pastor, Village Church

    Jeremy Johnson serves as Senior Pastor, Ministries & Staff at Village Church, where he has been on staff for 11 years, including three in his current role. He previously attended and pastored at South Delta Baptist Church and Central Baptist Church in Ontario. Jeremy has served three terms on the FebPac board over the past decade and holds two master’s degrees from Regent College. He and his wife Jenny have twin boys and live in Tsawwassen.

  • Build Team Lead, Fellowship Pacific

    Zach currently serves Fellowship Pacific churches in Leadership Development and Next Gen Ministries. Zach works with churches to coach, mentor, and develop the next generation of leaders.

  • Executive Director, New Hope

    With 15+ years of church and nonprofit leadership experience, Christina brings a deep commitment to justice and hospitality to her work at New Hope, where newcomer refugee families find home and a community of care. She is grateful to participate in God's loving welcome to one of the most vulnerable groups of people in our midst.

  • Director of Network Leadership Development, Northwest College & Seminary

    Krista serves as Director of Network Leadership Development at Northwest College and Seminary and chairs the board of WINGS. Through these partnering ministries, she is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus and living out our shared mission.

  • Executive Director, Vancouver Urban Ministries

    David leads a dedicated team ministering to disadvantaged children who struggle in education due to learning disabilities. Their passion is to help these children overcome their challenges, thrive in their education, and fulfil their God-given potential in life.

  • Senior Pastor, Dunbar Heights Baptist

    Wes and his wife, Sarah, have been a part of DHBC since 2005. He initially served as the Music Director before taking on the role of Senior Pastor. Wes pursued his studies at Thompson Rivers University, Prairie Bible College, and Northwest Baptist Seminary. Currently, he is a member of the Fellowship Pacific Board.

  • Lead Pastor, Mountainview Church

    Jeremy lives in Whitehorse, Yukon, and serves as Lead Pastor at Mountainview Church. A published author with Ambassador International, he wrote Northern Roads and Meeting Jesus. With a business background, he brings a practical, biblical approach to leadership. He equips pastors, in smaller communities through speaking and consulting, and runs two YouTube channels, Lead Biblically and The Yukon Boys, sharing faith, leadership, and northern life.

  • Regional Director, Fellowship Pacific

    Brent helped plant SouthRidge Fellowship in 1996, served as lead pastor from 2005 to 2025, and now serves as Regional Director with Fellowship Pacific. Brent holds degrees from Trinity Western University and Northwest College and Seminary, and is passionate about leadership and global missions.

    Brent doesn’t take himself too seriously and enjoys speaking and sharing God’s word in very practical ways.

  • Board Member, Immanuel Church

    Lara attends Immanuel Church in Abbotsford, where she leads a weekly women’s inductive Bible study and teaches Sunday School. She worked at the Fellowship Pacific Ministry Centre from 2013–2019, supporting churches and leaders through consultations, coaching, and Birkman assessments. She now serves on the Fellowship Pacific Board and the Northwest Board of Governors. Lara and her husband Joel have two adult children and enjoy gardening, photography, and time with friends.
