Early Bird Admission (by March 28): $200

Regular Admission (after March 28): $275

Distance Delegate Voting Only: $25

Conference tickets include admission to all sessions
AND includes lunch (April 24) and breakfast (April 25).

The celebration dinner will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at
the Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre. 

Dinner Tickets: $50 each


delegate information.

Member churches appoint Delegates to attend and represent their churches during the Thursday Business Session at Impact (April 24, 2025). The number of delegates each church is entitled to send (in accordance with our bylaws) is based on the church size as broken down as follows:

  • 1-100 members – 2 delegates

  • 101-150 members – 3 delegates

  • 151-200 members – 4 delegates

  • Over 200 members – 1 additional delegate for each 100 members or portion of

**If your church qualifies for more than 5 delegates, the rate for each additional delegate beyond 5 is $150.

Each Church must submit a completed Certificate of Agreement Form (click here to download form) by Tuesday, April 22 to info@fellowshippacific.ca.

The form must be signed by each of the Delegates representing your church.

Delegates who fail to produce credentials will be unable to vote.
