delegate information.
Member churches appoint Delegates to attend and represent their churches during the Thursday Business Session at Impact (April 23, 2026). The number of delegates each church is entitled to send (in accordance with our bylaws) is based on the church size as broken down as follows:
50 members or fewer– 2 delegates
1 additional delegate for each additional 50 members, to a maximum of 20 delegates
**If your church qualifies for more than 5 delegates, the rate for each additional delegate beyond 5 is $150.

Each Church must submit a completed Certificate of Agreement Form (click here to download form) by Tuesday, April 21 to info@fellowshippacific.ca.
The form must be signed by each of the Delegates representing your church.
Delegates who fail to produce credentials will be unable to vote.
