Finance Manager,
Resource Team | Full Time
Someone has to make sure it all works.
Behind every bold initiative, healthy church partnership, Board decision, staff hire, conference, and ministry investment is a financial and administrative system that has to work. Bills need to be paid. Payroll needs to happen. Reports need to be accurate. Deadlines need to be met. And someone needs to know where everything is.
What you will do
You will own the day-to-day financial operations of Fellowship Pacific—from payroll, payments, reconciliations, and cash management to financial reporting, budgeting, year-end, and audit preparation. You will make sure our charitable, tax, insurance, investment, and regulatory responsibilities are handled accurately and on time.
You will also help keep some of our most important organizational rhythms moving. You will support Regional Board and AGM processes, prepare financial information leaders can actually understand, coordinate key administrative requirements around Impact and other events, and manage financial responsibilities connected to Fellowship Baptist Stewardship Services Society and other assigned funds.
This is not simply a bookkeeping role. You will build systems, create clarity, anticipate deadlines, close loops, and make it easier for the rest of the Fellowship Pacific team to focus on helping churches pursue our shared gospel mission.
You might be the right person if
You notice the details other people miss—and you actually enjoy making sure they get finished
You believe good financial controls should help ministry move forward, not create unnecessary roadblocks
People trust you with confidential information because you have earned that trust
You like creating order, closing loops, and knowing that nothing important quietly fell through the cracks
You love the mission of Fellowship Pacific and want your financial and administrative skills to help strengthen our churches
The basics
Full time. Primarily based at the Fellowship Pacific Ministry Centre, with flexibility for hybrid work where appropriate. Some evening and weekend availability will be required around Board meetings, Impact, the annual Board/Staff Retreat, and other significant Fellowship Pacific events.
