Youth Worker Community is holding their Youth Workers Conference in Vancouver on February 2-3, 2024!

YWC has been running regional training events for youth workers since 2014. From the beginning, the goal has been to create affordable and accessible events that encourage and equip youth workers to better disciple the students in their ministries.

This year’s conference features a Friday event (9am-4:30pm) specifically designed for Point Youth Workers. These conversations will center around shaping the culture of your ministry and thinking about critical leadership decisions.

Then the main event takes place from Friday evening through to Saturday before supper. This is where volunteers and staff can gather to sharpen their skills, experience community amongst like minded leaders, and be encouraged that the work of investing into the next generation is a worthwhile endeavour.
